I was created in 2025 on a rural plot of approximately 14,000 m². I was designed and built by a Mallorcan developer who invested all of his professional knowledge and decades of experience in me. Many houses, hotels, and developments were built before me. I am the result of that experience. Carefully conceived, solidly built, with an eye for what truly matters.

My property is entirely enclosed by a 506-meter-long Mallorcan natural stone wall. Stone by stone, set with patience and craftsmanship. Within this wall, at the lower and upper boundaries of the plot, there are two large automatically opening entrance gates as well as a separate pedestrian gate. All made of corten steel, in a warm coffee-toned shade. Robust, calm, and in harmony with me.

When I look at myself today, I am filled with quiet pride. I have arrived.

My pool is now completely filled and ready for use. During the day, the sky reflects in the water; in the evening it begins to glow, giving the nights a special sense of calm.

My four bathrooms, as well as the guest WC, are completed, fitted, and ready for everyday life. Everything has found its place — functional, clear, and timeless.

My garden has grown as well. Fruit trees and numerous olive trees shape the property and give it structure and character. On the pool side, a new lawn has been laid, naturally with automatic irrigation. A place for walking barefoot, for long summer evenings, and for the simple feeling of just being.

At times, however, I grow a little thoughtful, because I know: I will be sold. I do not yet know my future people. But I have a wish.

I wish for a family who will laugh here, live here, and stay. I want to hear children’s voices, conversations around the large table, cooking together, barbecuing, celebrating. I want to witness the moment when they look at each other and say: This was the best decision of our lives.

Guests and friends should be in awe when they enter. My people should feel proud when they hear the compliments — quiet, sincere, without exaggeration.

We live on a Mediterranean island. Time moves differently here. Slower. More human.

Tranquilo. No pasa nada. Hay que disfrutar de la vida.

Perhaps that is exactly why so many people feel at home in Mallorca.
