I was created in 2024 on a 14,000 m2 rural property. My builder was also born on Mallorca. He has been in the construction business for more than 50 years, and has built countless houses, hotels and apartment complexes. I can proudly say that I have all his professional experience, and now I am at your disposal.

My entire property is surrounded by a 506-meter-long Mallorca natural stone wall. It took a long time to build because it is a kind of “Tetris” to put the right stones in the right place, or to make them fit with a hammer. Within this wall, there are two large, automatically opening gates at the upper and lower property boundaries for access, as well as a separate entrance door. Both gates and the entrance door are made of rust steel and coffee-coloured.

When I look down at myself, I feel a little proud that soon the whole beauty of my existence will be completed. Now it will only take a few days until the pool is finally full of fresh water, which I am particularly looking forward to. I am also curious about the glow of the pool at night when the pool lights make the water shine.

Next week I will be very busy, my 4 bathrooms and the guest toilet will be completed. Toilets, faucets, sinks, shelves will find their place and be ready for use. I am already tiled.

Sometimes I feel a little sad that I'm supposed to be sold. I don't know who I'll meet. In any case, I hope to find a family that will spend many happy years here. I want to see them laugh, dance and party. I want to see them cooking and barbecuing. I want to hear them say that falling in love with me was the best decision of their lives. I want guests and friends of my owners to be amazed when they visit me, and my family should feel happy and proud of all the compliments they will hear. That is the goal.

We live on a Mediterranean island, and the clocks don't tick like they do in other countries. Everything is very relaxed, and people place more value on life itself than on the hustle and bustle of everyday life as you may know it. So, tranquilo, no pasa nada. Hay que disfrutar de la vida. That's why all of Europe feels so at home in Mallorca, my homeland. Nevertheless, I will try with all my might to keep to the schedule. Stay tuned, I just must put on my make-up...
